Customer Support Manager

Savings UK LTD is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate would maintain a positive and proactive relationship with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Additionally, familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment, able to multi-task and possess effective communication skills are preferred.

Education Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree

- 2 - 3 years of related position experience preferred

Qualifications:

  • Individual must be motivated to work independently, as well as with teams.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
  • Detail oriented with good written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS office applications & Salesforce.
  • Applicant must have exceptional data entry skills.

Duties:

  • Supervision of customer support representatives.
  • Assist customers with orders and inquiries
  • Build customer profiles in CRM system
  • Coordinate and monitor the transportation of materials between warehouses to ensure timely shipment of customer orders
  • Organize and track documentation relating to imports
  • Generate reports and prepare as required by upper management
  • Review and process invoices
  • Other projects as needed

Salary: £40,000.00 – £75,000.00 per year
