1. Manage each step of the localization process: initiating, executing, and closing projects 2. Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders—especially stakeholders from European markets—to ensure effective cross-team collaboration 3. Coordinate with internal requestors and external LSPs to guarantee on-time, high-quality delivery of written content 4. Analyze source files to identify potential challenges and establish preventative measures 5. Keep a running record of financial data for each project to ensure expenditure does not exceed the budget 6. Organize training sessions for LSPs to review feedback and troubleshoot all project-related issues 7. Propose suggestions to the team for process improvement and tool and system optimization。
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in English 2. Proven track record of managing language localization projects and previous experience collaborating with LSPs in Europe 3. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required 4. 5 years of localization project management experience 5. Familiarity with computer-aided translation platform or tools such as SDL Studio, XTM Cloud, or WorldServer 6. Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively 7. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills 8. Cross-functional collaboration experience working with stakeholders from product, marketing, or technology teams is a plus 9. Experience working as an editor or copywriter is preferred.
